MARIJUANA 420 MANIFESTO
Robert Leon Tillman, a candidate for the United States Senate will ask for a Bill to repeal marijuana prohibition if elected in the August 4, 2020 primary and again for the general election on November 3, 2020. Any resident of the State of Kansas can vote for Tillman for United States Senate. Tillman need your vote and a donation. Marijuana supporters are to come together at 4:20 p.m. or 4/20 or April 20th.
The Wichita Eagle article dated 4-19-19 by reporter Alex Veiga of the Associated Press titled, “ONCE COUNTERCULTURE 420 MARIJUANA HOLIDAY INTO THE MAINSTREM”. Rob Hotakainden of McClatchy Washington Bureau in Washington, DC reported that. “Potheads have for decades celebrated their love of Marijuana on 4/20 or on April 20th, the day for pot advocates to celebrate all things Marijuana, etc.… Each year, supporters of legalization, use April 20 or 4/20 or April 20th as a time to take stock on how they have progressed. The number 4/20 is code for smoking marijuana dating back to 1971 when five friends at California’s San Rafeal High School began meeting each day at 4:20 P. M.to get high."
We believe that it is the young people that smoke most of the marijuana, but a Wichita Eagle reported on 12-9-16 that, “OLDER ADULTS USING POT MORE THAN EVER BEFORE.” The Mayo Clinic says, “Marijuana or pot have possible benefits for those with chronic pain, epilepsy and seizures, glaucoma, crohn’s disease, nauseas, related to cancer treatment and several other maladies.” These are great reasons to legalize marijuana.
By April 20, 2020 (4/20/2020) pledge your financial support to and mail check or money order to: ROBERT TILLMAN FOR U.S. SENATE, HEADQUARTERS, 2802 Beacon Hill Rd., Wichita, KS 67220-4207. 4/20 is the code to supporter of marijuana legalization.
Robert Tillman is a retired Kansas Supreme Court Services Officer II. As an honor the Supreme Court retired Tillman’s badge and ID, making his a Kansas Supreme Court Services Officer for life. Now he is running for the U.S. Congress supporting legalizing in all 50 States. An Associate Press report from Seattle appeared in the Wichita Eagle dated 4-2-19 entitled, “PIONEERING LEGAL POT TO EASE IN INDUSTRY RULES”. “When Washington, DC and Colorado launched their pioneering Marijuana Industries in the face of U.S. Government Prohibition, they imposed strict rules in hopes of keeping the U.S. Department at bay, etc.”
Tillman for the United States Senate wants all Americans to have the same things that the President of the United States, the Supreme Court of the United States, all members of United States Congress and 29 states out of the 50 in the United States (Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, North Dakota, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon and Utah to name a few.) have legalized marijuana for medical or recreational use. Tillman seeks financial help from the marijuana industry and marijuana supporters in all 50 states. Kansas is surrounded on three sides by states Oklahoma, Missouri and Colorado that approved the use of marijuana.
In 2019 California looks to build $7 billion legal pot economy. Colorado and Washington, D.C. made billions and but currently has the same legal problems as all the other 29 states establishing legal businesses under the current law. Tillman supports what most Americans want in all 50 states which is the same things that the leaders of the free world want, access to:
1. Legal Marijuana
2. Free Health Insurance for all my family
3. A living wage (of $27,000-$175,000-$400,000 per year)
4. Job Security (do things to get re-elected/business owner)
5. Abortions Rights, and
6. Protection from Gun Violence or gun owner protection under the 2nd Amendment rights to bear arms, (with sensible gun reform)
The Drug Enforcement Administration lists Marijuana as, “SCHEDULE ONE DRUGS”, “the same as a Heroin”. Marijuana still remains on the list of Scheduled One drugs in 2019. Tillman for the United States Senate wants to change this law in Congress with his 2020 election to the United States Congress. The U.S. Constitution must be amended to repeal the prohibition of Marijuana. With your financial support the Marijuana Laws will be repealed in the United States Congress and signed by the President of the United States after 4-20-2020. In his first year,
Tillman will ask for the Marijuana Prohibition Bill by 4/20.
